What prompted him to accept the offer of FC Astana and what goals Uros sets for himself he told the official website of the capital club:

- I moved to FC Astana because it is a titled club that sets the highest goals for itself. And of course, transfer to FC Astana is a chance to play in the Champions League, which is the dream of any football player.

- What did you know about Kazakhstan before your transfer?

- To be honest, I don’t know much about your country, but I was in Astana in 2010 with the National Youth Team of Serbia, we played in Astana Arena. I really liked the city.

- Did you know someone from FC Astana earlier?

- Personally, I don’t know anyone. But I managed to talk to Nenad Eric, he told me a lot of good things about the club, about the atmosphere in the team. It is good for me that there are players from the Balkans, this will allow me to adapt easier. I think they will help me with this.

- In FC Orenburg you played together with the ex-forward of FC Astana Djordje Despotovic, did he tell anything about the club?

- Indeed, I played together with Despotovic, he said that this is a good club, where work is well organized, all conditions are set, and people who are always ready to help you work there. He told a lot of good things about FC Astana.

- What do you expect from performing for FC Astana?

- I want to win trophies and try my hand at the Group Stage of the Champions League or Europa League. It will be very difficult to do this this year, but I hope that it will be within our power. We will play match by match towards our goal.
