The draw for the 2nd Qualification Round of the Europa League took place in Nyon, Switzerland. The Champion of Montenegro, FC Buducnost, is an opponent to FC Astana.
The defender of the National Team of Montenegro and FC Astana, Zarko Tomasevic, spoke about the closest opponent of the capital team in European Competitions, as well as his health:
- I don’t know much about the team Buducnost, but now I will watch them more. They were champions last year and played well. But this season started badly, lost in the Champions League qualification, in the championship they won only one out of 3 matches. I think the fact that the match will be held in Kazakhstan will be an advantage for us, because they have a long flight and adaptation to the time difference.
- You were injured again not so long ago. How do you feel now?
- Now I feel better. But I need a little more time to fully recover and return to training sessions. I hope that I will be ready for the recommencement of the championship after a pause. But I need to be careful, because last time everything went very quickly, I had to play two matches in 3 days, almost without training.
